Seattle hip-hop has a rich history and a lucrative creative economy. From the Emerald Street Boys to the financial vision of DJ Nasty Nes, the event, 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop: Financial Forum & Concert will be curated by former Bad Boy Records President Lew Tucker and the founder of Uptown Records, Jimmy “Luv” Jenkins. Financial titans and hip-hop money moguls will join Seattle artists in an informative and celebratory event. Produced in partnership with the City of Seattle, King County, and Washington State.
