Tina Marie Tyler is an award-winning television presenter, executive producer, music executive, and global peace activist. A digital pioneer, she was the first African American woman to partner with Microsoft to bring Black video content and a monetization model to MSN Video, later becoming the "face" of MSN Entertainment. Her broadcast credits include ABC News, PBS, EXTRA!, and Fox 11 LA. Currently, Tyler is the host of "The Culture With Tina Marie", a weekly podcast dedicated to hip-hop culture, news, entertainment, sports, and humanitarian issues.

As an Advisory Board member and executive producer at The Hip Hop Museum, Tyler has produced major cultural events in partnership with the City of New York, the GRAMMY Museum, and the Simons Foundation. She is also the Founder and CEO of the Hip Hop Institute 4 Peace, a global NGO in formal partnership with the United Nations Permanent Forum For People of African Descent and Amnesty International Canada. In March 2026, she launched #KickRacism, a hip-hop-driven anti-bias campaign that has generated over 1 billion media impressions globally.

In recognition of her tireless advocacy for racial parity and reducing gun violence, Tyler was awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award for Lifetime Achievement by President Biden in 2024, alongside official commendations from the California State Legislature. A University of Washington Communications graduate, she is a member of the Recording Academy, a member of the Seattle Music Commission, board member of the BRIC Foundation, and has served as a judge for the RFK Excellence in Journalism Awards.
